Como dicen en su página web, la leche es tratada nada más ser ordeñada, almacenada a refrigeración, transportada en horas a la máquina expendedora y allí adquirida por el cliente usando un envase reutilizable para su transporte. Viaja mucho menos, su tratamiento es mucho menor y su envase es reutilizable.
Si vivís en la Comunidad de Madrid os recomiendo probarla, porque está bien rica, y si vivís en otra zona como yo y conocéis algún ganadero con ganas de innovar, proponedle la idea!

To finish the year I want to share with you a discovery: mivaca milk, which can be purchased at vending machines only 12 hours after milking and using reusable containers (you can buy a bottle of glass or plastic in the vending machine or you can bring your own bottle of 1 liter). I thought it was a brilliant idea, because it allows access to a product as fresh as if we had a cow at home and also minimizes the use of packaging and transport as the milk is produced in Sierra Guadalix and is only distributed in the Community of Madrid.
As they say on their website, the milk is treated just after milking, stored at refrigeration, transported within hours to the vending machine and there acquired by the client using a reusable container. It travels a lot less, treatment is much lower and the packaging is reusable.
If you live in Madrid, I suggest you to try it, and if you live in another area like me, and you know any farmer wanting to innovate; them them about this idea!
