El bento de hoy consiste en crema de zanahoria acompañada de taquitos de queso de cabra y pan. La fruta iba aparte, creo que ese día le puse un plátano...
Supongo que hay varias recetas para la crema de zanahoria, os cuento cómo la hago yo:
- Pongo media cebolla a pochar en una cacerola con un poco de aceite de oliva virgen extra.
- Añado 4 zanahorias y 1 patata mediana, peladas y cortadas, y cubro con agua (con esta cantidad de agua se consigue una crema bastante espesa, normalmente la hago así para Alejandro y luego añado algo más de agua para nosotros)
- Cocino a fuego medio hasta que la patata y la zanahoria están tiernas.
- Retiro del fuego, trituro y corrijo de sal.
En este caso le añadí un yogur antes de triturar, siguiendo el consejo de una amiga, de esta manera aumentamos la cremosidad y el valor nutritivo, pero sin el yogur también está deliciosa y es más ligera.
